Slugger is a blend of strong acids is for really tough jobs. This special cleaner dissolves and removes rust, scale, lime, corrosion, excess concrete, mortar, and all water minerals. Great for etching concrete and metals and contains rust inhibitors. Should be diluted with water except for most severe applications.
