Traditionally heavy alkaline products have been used to clean kitchen floors leaving behind fats, oils and greases trapped in the pores of the tile and grout. One & Done is a pH neutral formula utilizing grease cutting surfactants combined with special non-pathogenic, enzyme producing bacteria. After you finish cleaning the surface, One & Done will continue to breakdown and digest the fat, oil and grease left behind in the pores even after the floor is dry.
